Catriona is a qualified Naturopath, Remedial/Pregnancy Massage therapist and Dr.Hauschka Natural Esthetician.

Catriona has also undertaken training in Ayurvedic Medicine in Pune, India and in Australia. Through her own training in Chinese five element theory and kung fu, Catriona also incorporates aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine into her practice.
From 2003 to 2006 Catriona worked both in clinical practice and as an in-store naturopath. Prior to that, she provided technical support for practitioners at Traditional Medicine Supplies, and wrote articles for practitioner-only publications on subjects such as menopause and allergies. Catriona lectures in Nutrition and Bach Flower Remedies at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT), Sydney. She also supervises students at the ACNT student clinic.
Catriona joined the team at Sage during 2006. “I work with dedicated, inspiring people, in a beautiful clinic by the beach with fantastic clients - it’s the best of all worlds”.
Catriona specialises in digestive disorders, skin complaints, conditions involving inflammation and allergy. She has successfully treated clients with a range of conditions, including the following:
